Anime Festival Asia 2012 Singapore

(extreme late post)

Our flight to Singapore via Tiger Airways was really early. like 6 effing am early! LOL

when we arrived to SG, our friends Vio, Jess and Vic welcomed us at the airport so sweet these people are! 

We checked in again at The Hive - where we stayed last year. It's very homey and affordable! hihi

We got the dorm type room because it's more cheaper for us.

After resting a bit, we went out for lunch at the Bugis area.

YAY authentic chicken rice, I missed it so much! <3>

After lunch we head on to Bugis shopping mall. OMG my wallet is not ready hahahaha

I went to look for a prop I'll be needing for the next day's event so yeah you'll see in a bit.

Impulsively, I bought myself a denim hoodie. it's a bit pricey for a 35SGD shirt but I super love it!

I regret nothing lol

Some of our friends planned a sailormoon shoot that day so I joined in as one of their photographer.

Day 3 

It's the prince' turn to shine. this is me doing my hour long makeup.

We met Arthur, he's Swedish but living in Jakarta. 

After trolling around outside and did some quick shoots. We went inside the stage area to get ourselves a good front row seat before the main competitions starts.

One of main reason of going is to support our two good friends representing Philippines

They call themselves Adventure Team

Marko and Doms during their epic fight scenes. the choreography is just superb, something expected from these two with a martial arts background. Even though they weren't able to take home the prize, We are still proud of their performance and their hardwork. Even non-Filipino's were astonished with them. That's cray!

Post event dinners is one of the moment not to be missed. especially when these group of people you're with.

Basically in this dinner (taking over a part of the foodcourt LOL) is composed of various nationalities - Filipino, Singaporean, Malaysian, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai

I think that's what makes this awesome group of people click. the vast personalities and cultures melt into one because of our colorful hobby.

I'm thankful for having friends like them. *cries manry tears*

After dinner, we went home trolling inside the train. 

Day 3

We went there to shoot sese and aruki.
